My history with Dermalogica goes way back. I first started using the brand when I was 17, thanks to my mum treating me to facials with her at our local beauty salon, hence Dermalogica became the backbone of those early lessons. I can still feel the excitement of buying the products to take home and use and feeling so luxe and special. Fast-forward all these years, and Dermalogica is still somewhere in my routine. I think that longevity comes down to a simple combination: products that truly work, paired with a brand that has never stopped innovating. That’s why I wanted to share an updated post on my current Dermalogica favourites — the ones I keep coming back to, plus the new launches I think are absolutely worth your attention.

When I first started using Dermalogica, the range was much more streamlined. Their reputation rested largely on a few key products: the iconic special gel cleanser, muli-active toner, skin prep scrub and the skin smoothing cream— all great, but it was a simpler lineup with fewer options. But even then, I was impressed. I loved how the products felt on my skin and how they worked. There was no fluff. Just straightforward, no-nonsense skincare. Over the years, Dermalogica’s line has evolved into something altogether more innovative. What started out as a trusted, professional brand used in salons worldwide is now a full-fledged skincare powerhouse. The brand is no longer just about the basics — though they still do those basics better than most — but now it feels like they’re pushing boundaries with each new release. I find myself genuinely excited whenever I get a new product from them, and I’m almost always impressed with what they’ve done.

It’s clear Dermalogica has embraced technology and the latest skincare science, which has brought about some incredible new innovations. From serums packed with active ingredients to targeted treatments, Dermalogica it's a brand that just gets better and better — offering skincare that works on a deeper, more advanced level. Every time I see the words “new product” in one of their launches, I know it’s going to be something worth trying.

Dermalogica Ceramide Mist

Dermalogica Hyaluronic Ceramide Mist, 150ml | linked here

- facial mist/toner hydrates and strengthens skin barrier

The Dermalogica Hyaluronic Ceramide Mist has truly become one of my holy grails. It's less of a delicate spritz and more of a powerful hydration punch — the kind of mist that actually does something, rather than just sitting on top of your skin. Packed with four types of Hyaluronic Acid, this formula doesn’t mess about when it comes to locking in moisture and strengthening the skin’s barrier. Over the last few years, my skin has become much more sensitive, and this mist has been a total lifesaver. Whether I’m using it to calm irritated skin or just give myself a mid-day hydration boost, it’s one of those products that always delivers. The calming Rose Water and the ceramides help smooth out fine lines, leaving my skin feeling soft, plump, and genuinely refreshed. It’s a toner more than a mist, but I love how it feels — especially when my skin’s in need of a little TLC. I always recommend this one to anyone looking for something soothing yet effective.

Dermalogica Daily Milkfoliant

Dermalogica Daily Milkfoliant Exfoliator | linked here

- calming oat-based powder, exfoliant

The Dermalogica Daily Milk Foliant is my go-to for gentle, everyday exfoliation. This oat-based powder is a little miracle — it activates with water, turning into a creamy, milky texture that feels incredibly soothing on the skin. I love the way Dermalogica’s exfoliants are all powders that come to life when mixed with water, and this one is no exception. It’s packed with Coconut Milk and a blend of fruit-based Grape Extract and Arginine, which together work to gently polish away dead skin cells without causing any irritation. My skin has become much more sensitive over the years, and I’ve found that harsher exfoliants can leave me red and uncomfortable. This is the perfect solution. It’s gentle enough for regular use, but still does the job of keeping my skin soft, smooth, and vibrant. It’s the kind of exfoliation you can rely on without any fear of overdoing it. If you have sensitive skin and need something that exfoliates without being too harsh, this is an absolute gem.

Dermalogica Circular Hydration Serum

- long lasting hydrating serum

I’ve been using a hydrating serum in my routine for as long as I can remember, and the Dermalogica Circular Hydration Serum is easily one of my favourites. The consistency is just perfect — rich and deeply hydrating without feeling sticky or heavy on the skin. It’s the kind of serum that absorbs beautifully and leaves my skin feeling plump and nourished, not greasy. I love how it works under makeup, giving me that smooth, hydrated base without any excess shine. The combination of Hyaluronic Acid and Polyglutamic Acid really helps to lock in moisture and keep my skin looking radiant throughout the day. It’s one of those everyday serums that I genuinely can’t recommend enough, especially for anyone looking to give their skin that all-day hydration boost. It’s gentle, effective, and does exactly what it promises without any fuss.

Dermalogica Collagen Banking Serum

Dermalogica Pro Collagen Banking Serum, 30ml | linked here

- plumping and preserving daily serum

The Pro Collagen Banking Serum is one of those products that feels like an investment in your skin’s future. A powerful serum that helps promote, protect and preserve skin’s collagen, supporting visibly plumper, more luminous skin and hydrating to help reduce the look of fine lines into the future.
I will be honest and say that it took me until my second bottle of this to truly fall in love with it, because I feel this is one of those products where you really feel the effects with after continued use and now I truly don't want to be without it. It is packed with peptides and advanced collagen-boosting ingredients, it helps to firm and plump my skin, making it look healthier and more youthful over time. It’s lightweight but incredibly effective, and I love how it sinks in quickly, leaving my skin feeling smooth and nourished without any greasy residue. It’s my go-to when I want something that really tackles the appearance of fine lines and adds that extra layer of vitality to my skin.

Dermalogica Power Recovery Cream

Dermalogica MultiVitamin Power Recovery Cream, 50ml | linked here

- stressed skin moisturiser

When my skin feels tired, stressed, or dehydrated, the MultiVitamin Power Recovery Cream is my first choice. It’s rich but never too heavy, and it really helps to restore balance. Packed with vitamins A, C, and E, this cream feeds my skin with everything it needs to feel revived and protected.

When I first tried this moisturiser, I won’t lie, I wasn’t a fan of the scent. I believe it’s fragrance-free, but it has this slightly musty smell that didn’t sit well with me — I do like my skincare to smell a bit more… pleasant. But here’s the thing: despite that, I quickly forgave it. The results are incredible. I honestly don’t know what kind of magic is in this cream, but the improvement in my skin was immediate, and the more I used it, the better it got. It really helps to balance out my complexion, ticking all the boxes I want from a moisturiser. The texture is divine: rich and balm-like, but when you massage it in, it turns beautifully creamy and feels so comfortable on the skin without ever being too heavy. I found myself reaching for it day and night, not just for the lovely feel, but because it was giving me such noticeable results. It’s one of those products that, despite a slight quirk, I just can’t get enough of. It’s the sort of product that leaves my skin feeling restored, plump, and glowing — and I always reach for it when I need a bit of a skin pick-me-up.

Dermalogica Repair Cream

Dermalogica Stabilising Repair Cream, 50ml | linked here

- barrier repairing moisturiser (*my No1 hero product)

If you asked me to choose just one hero product from Dermalogica, it would absolutely be this Stabilising Repair Cream. It might seem a bit basic compared to the flashier products in the range and in my collection, but this is the one I never want to be without. It’s my go-to whenever my skin is looking a little more red, irritated, or just stressed out. Honestly, when my skin’s been disrupted (thanks, hormones), this is the product that makes the most difference. It’s incredibly calming, and it immediately helps reduce redness and dryness. The texture is rich and comforting, but it never feels heavy, which makes it perfect for overnight use when my skin needs to repair itself. I’ve found it works wonders to restore my skin barrier, leaving my skin feeling stronger, more resilient, and genuinely nourished. This is the product I reach for when I want something that’ll truly heal and nurture my skin back to life and one that I will always recommend without hesitation. Hence I always try to keep a backup in my bathroom cabinet.

Dermalogica Biolumin C Heat Ageing Protector

Dermalogica Bio-Lumin C Heat Ageing Protector Spf50 | linked here

- radiance, anti aging and protection

I’ve long been a fan of the BioLumin C range because it’s like a burst of brightening energy for the skin, so when the BioLumin C Heat Aging Protector launched, I knew I’d be hooked. And I was right. The more I’ve used it, the more I’ve come to love it. What makes this one stand out is how it combines three essentials into one: Vitamin C, a serum, an SPF, and a moisturiser — all in one beautifully formulated product. This is my go-to when I want to give my skin a radiant boost while protecting it. Packed with ultra-stable Vitamin C, it works to brighten the skin and act as a shield against free radicals, which is ideal for daily wear. It’s got SPF 50, so it also defends against the sun’s harmful UVA/UVB rays, which are the main culprits in skin ageing. The texture is lovely — silky smooth and lightweight, making it perfect for wearing under makeup. And the best part? It gives my skin that dewy, youthful glow without feeling greasy or heavy.

It is formulated with ThermaRadiance Complex, which includes soothing Physalis and antioxidant-rich Vitamin E, this product helps protect against the signs of heat damage — like dullness, dryness, and uneven skin tone. It also has a calming mix of ingredients like Bisabolol, Allantoin, and Safflower Oleosomes, which help keep my skin feeling soft, hydrated, and soothed. It’s a true all-in-one product, and I’ve definitely noticed that my skin looks brighter and more even the more I use it. If you’re looking for a product that combines protection, brightening, and hydration, this is absolutely worth adding to your routine.

Dermalogica Phyto Nature Lifting Eye Cream

Dermalogica Phyto Nature Lifting Eye Cream, 15ml | linked here

- firming and lifting eye treatment

If you’re on the hunt for a firming and lifting eye cream, add this one to your Wishlist. This product really delivers — it’s luxurious, lightweight, and works wonders from the first use. It instantly hydrates, firms, and smooths the delicate under-eye area, making you look more awake and refreshed. I’ve noticed that my eyes feel lifted and rejuvenated as soon as I apply it, which is always a good sign.

What I love most about this eye cream is that it doesn’t just work in the short-term. It’s packed with potent peptides and phytoactives that help reduce signs of skin ageing over time. Quinoa Seed Extract helps to smooth out eyelid folds and refine the texture of the skin, while a duo of powerful peptides firms the skin and boosts its resilience. There’s also Astragalus and Electric Daisy Flower — two adaptogens that help tighten and lift the skin. The addition of CoQ10fights free radicals, keeping skin looking youthful.
To top it off, the moisturising blend of Cassava Extract helps smooth fine lines, while Matcha Butter, Squalane, Vitamin E, and Pro-Vitamin B5 all work together to hydrate and soothe the skin. It’s like a little spa treatment for your eyes, and if you struggle with tired eyes or need a little lift, this one is definitely worth trying.

New in ____

I’m so excited to share that I’ve got two brand new products that I am currently trying. First up, the Nerotouch Symmetry Serum — a nourishing face serum that combines neurotechnology with a botanical blend to help visibly restore facial symmetry and give you a more sculpted appearance. It sounds incredibly innovative, and I can’t wait to see how it works.

The second product I’m eager to try is the Phyto Nature E² Exosome Exfoliant. This daily leave-on formula is designed to smooth, brighten, and support skin renewal — which is exactly what my skin needs right now. Both products sound like they’re pushing the boundaries of skincare, so stay tuned for updates as I start to incorporate them into my routine!

The Price Tag?: Worth It, For Sure

Of course, with this growth and development, there’s been a noticeable price increase within the product range. When you’re dealing with a luxury skincare line, this is to be expected, even though I would say, their products are probably somewhere in the middle when it comes to their price tag -- not cheap, but not crazy expensive. With Dermalogica, you do get what you pay for in my opinion as these are active skincare products used in so many professional salons. If they work for professionals, they’re going on my face. My advice is always, stay within your budget when it comes to skincare by choosing where you invest your money. You may use a more affordable, cleanser and toner, and then invest in a really good serum and eye cream or go for a really indulgent moisturiser ... whatever works for you

Dermalogica skincare recommendations

What I love about Dermalogica is that it doesn’t feel like a brand trying to sell me luxury or glamour for the sake of it. It’s a brand that’s grounded in results. Every time I use a Dermalogica product, I feel like I’m doing something good for my skin. And, let’s be real, as a beauty lover, that’s exactly what I want from my skincare: products that work and products that impress - hence I can share and recommend them to you with absolute confidence.
