The box design is just stunning and unwrapping it feels very special; being some what of a Wizard of Oz super fan, it just screamed 'ruby slippers' to me. It would make the perfect gift for any skincare lover ... as well as yourself of course!
The theme and curation if it's contents are all designed reinvigorate your skin and senses. "A combination of Mint, Capsicum and Vitamin E will prepare your lips for some mistletoe kissing, a lightweight serum will brighten up your eyes, rich Cocoa Butter will make your hands silky soft and a mighty potion of antioxidants and vitamins shall lift your complexion so that it radiates a glow". A youth boosting eye serum designed to help tired, restless eyes by brightening and hydrating the entire eye area whilst helping to lessen the appearance of lines and wrinkles. It holds a soothing rose water base to instantly refresh your eyes with a combination of plant bio-actives to brighten and boost collagen production whilst Vitamin B3, Milk Peptides and Hyalrunic Acid lift and smooth. One thing I absolutely love most about this eye serum is the gorgeous gel texture. For me, this is exactly how I want an eye cream to be; lightweight, cooling, soothing, hydrating and easy to apply in application. This ticks every single box. The design of packaging makes this a dream to transport and apply as I really dislike pots of eye cream as I just find them too fiddly. I like a contained pump to keep the ingredients all nice and active yet still control how much you dispense. Talking of which, you don't need to use much of this gel as a little goes a very long way. The gel-serum feels lovely and cool and instantly soothes your eye area which is a god send for me after a long day of staring at a computer screen with my contact lenses in. I can literally feel it getting to work the moment it hits my skin which is why it has become one of my favourites skincare steps to do of late. The formula is hands down perfection being not too watery, or oily and absorbs like a dream so you can apply make-up under your eyes straight away. If you suffer from severe dryness around the eyes you can use this one under an eye cream to reap all the benefits this has to offer. I love trying out new eye treatments as I find I am always looking for better and I would without a doubt purchase this one again which is why I highly recommend it to anyone who wants a really active, hydrating eye serum yet not break the bank.

A daily facial oil that uses a blend of 100% natural dry oils including Argan Oil to moisturise, and boosted with Vitamin E to deliver complete anti-oxidant protection from toxins and pollutions which all in all, results in a healthier looking complexion. Argentum Apothecary is a brand I fell in love with last month thanks to Mintd Box and once again I find myself loving them all over again. The La Potion Infinie day/night cream has now fast become a firm skincare favoutire of mine as this is a brand that had me all excited with their science and ingredients. Safe to say, I knew they were special because this Face Oil now has me hooked like the cream. It is just wonderful! If you are scared of facial oils being to 'oily or heavy' then this one is none of those things; it is possibly the lightest oil I have ever tried which is why it absorbs beautifully into the skin to leave more of a dry touch effect as opposed to an oily film. Unlike their moisturiser which has a fragrant scent to it which I know some people weren't so keen on, this has zero scent so it will definitely appeal to those who dislike scents in skincare. Once again the luxurious violet glass bottle lets in no direct sunlight so that the ingredients all stay potent and lasts you a good time. This oil is lightweight, hydrating and simply leaves your skin looking healthy and bright. It has made a noticeable difference to my skin over the last few weeks by giving my skin the extra hydration and comfort that it needed from the colder weather. For me there is nothing not to like about this which is why Argentum Apothecary has become a brand that excites me. The only hindrance for some is that yes, their products are a luxury spend but this is why a Mintd Box partnership is so great because this is how you can discover brands you would not have spent out on before. The cost of this entire months box is less then the total cost of this one oil; it's honestly a no brainer!

I had heard great reports about this brand and as soon as I read 'lip serum' I was ripping open the box with curiosity because I have tried many lip balms, creams, sticks and glosses but never a serum. I liked the medicinal looking bottle with it's extra luxurious aventurine crystal roller ball applicator. I mean, it doesn't get much more fancier than that! The crystal applicator is there to impart energy and luck as well as to dispense the serum. I am actually someone who loves and believes in the powers of crystal healing so this is a touch I really do like. Once I applied it to my lips, right away I could taste mint (nice) and feel tingling of which I am not a great fan of but for the results I stuck with it. The serum feels very unique; like a lotion meets a balm yet certainly packs a punch as you do feel this getting to work. I love the fact that you can use this serum on its own, over lipstick or as a lip primer as I always like something hydrating for my lips in my 'on the go' make-bag. If you suffer with very dry lips then I think you would benefit massively from using this on a daily basis. This is basically the newest form of anti-ageing treatment for your lips so I really am happy to have this in my stocks.

The glittery stars of this box for me are (drumroll) ... all of the above as it has been impossible to say anything negative about any of them, but I will say both the Oskia Eye Serum and Argentum Apothecary Face Oil are definitely two skincare stars that I would most certainly re-purchase myself as they are being well used in my bathroom as we speak.
I think we all need to massively thank the Mintd Box Team and all of the amazing brands involved who are responsible for ending the year with a bang! I mean high end skincare, amazing savings, glitter ... what more could you ask for.
