Summer here in Monaco and on the French Riviera has been a scorcher and trying to look like a bronzed goddess has been a tad tricky when the daily humidity is at 70% and you leave your apartment just to become one hot mess. With all this to contend with (I know, hard life) I have been wearing a really simple eye look that's quick and easy to do, stays put all day, looks glamorous and can be worn for any occasion. It literally takes 5 mins but looks like you have spent way longer doing your make up! I was inspired to share just how easy it is, so whether you have 5 hours or 5 minutes to do your makeup this is perfect for anyone.

The amount of make-up products I used to create this look are very minimal, thats why it's so easy!! You can use whatever you have in your collection but all the products I used are firm favourites of mine.

A Few Easy, Simple Steps ....

1. Apply an eye primer, Nars Pro Prime Eyeshadow base, all over your eyes up to the brow bone.  This shall just intensify the eye shadows being applied and help them to stay put.

2. Take MAC Indianwood paint pot and using either your finger or a brush, apply all over your eyelid upto the crease. Don't worry if it looks messy as it will be! Now using a fluffy brush, MAC 217, blend until the shadow has no harsh lines. Apply another layer (if you wish) and repeat for a more intense bronze. Apply this shade all under the eye with a pencil brush.

3. Using a flat shadow brush, place MAC eye shadow tempting over the paint pot you just applied. This shall intensify the look and set the cream shadow into place. Apply and blend this shadow into your crease until you have the intensity that you want. Again, apply under the eye over the cream shadow.

4. Take MAC Teddy Eye Kohl and line both your upper and lower waterlines (inside the eye).

5. Using a champagne toned highlighter, The Balm's Mary Lou Manizer, apply a small amount into the inner corners of your eyes and underneath the brow bone.

6. Apply concealer, Nars Radiant Creamy Concealer, under eyes and blend. I love to use my beauty blender as it's gives a total air brushed finish and doesn't disturb other make-up.

7. Curl lashes and apply your mascara. I used my holy grail Benefit They're Real mascara and Shu Uemura eyelash curlers as they don't crimp your lashes like other curlers and they lift the lashes like no others do! They really are the best ones you can buy and last forever.

..... and your DONE!

I paired this look with contoured cheeks, a peachy blush, a nude pink lipstick and glowing highlighted skin. Add some individual lashes if you want to jazz it up some more - I have added just three to each outer corner as I love the effect they give and again so simple to apply.

The great thing about this simple eye look is that any lip goes! I have paired it with a natural nude lip here, MAC Runway Hit with Lena gloss but corals, oranges and bright reds look amazing too!
