Some months there are just so many beauty products that I want to write about individually and shout about but I just can't get all the information uploaded fast enough before it's onto the next new discovery! I then feel bad for having missed out some real amazing beauty products that really should have been mentioned on my blog as a help to all of you that read it. With this in mind I thought it would be good to start a little feature just highlighting a few star beauty product/s that really stood out for me for that month to help give you all some recommendations and advice, should you be looking for some inspiration or general excuse to go shopping. This way I feel no beauty gem shall be left out should you be wanting to pick my brain about things I am using currently!

So to start us off I have a generous 5 products this month that really have impressed me and ones I have found myself using constantly throughout the month of February.

Too Faced - Better than Sex Mascara
1. TOO FACED Better Than Sex Mascara (here)
I recently posted a full review of this mascara here - I have fallen in love with this one after initially being a bit 50/50 but I have since invested in another full size one and have used it every day for the past month as it gives such amazing voluminous lashes in quick time. It won't be to everybody's liking as it is quite clumpy if your not a fan of volumising mascaras but if you want thick, sexy lashes then this is definitely for you. I love discovering a new mascara especially when the packaging is so pretty and stylish as this one!

Real Techniques Miracle Complexion Sponge
2. REAL TECHNIQUES Miracle Complexion Sponge (here)
To be honest I had neglected this little fellow for many months as it just sat in my make up drawer (I even own two) but of late I have come to realise, 'how on earth did I ever live without this?!' You will have heard about the Beauty Blender which I also use but this is a more affordable version and practically works the same. This clever sponge helps you to achieve the most perfect, flawless complexion by blending into the skin your foundation, concealer, contour cream, powder, whatever you are using - just seamlessly. Its versatile shape gets into all the contours of the face and by stippling and bouncing this sponge over your skin, it creates a totally flawless look. I have been using this for blending in my concealer and cream contour as it's effortless but makes my skin look perfect. I shall write a more in-depth review about this and how to use it because once you try this method, you won't use brushes again.

Too Faced Melted Peony Lipstick
3. TOO FACED Melted Liquified Lipstick in Melted Peony (here)
I am developing a whole new love for Too Faced cosmetics right now as its never been a brand that I have been drawn to in the past but this month is a whole other story. These new Melted Lipsticks have been blogged about to death but I must say having now tried them, I can so see why. I chose this gorgeous shade Melted Peony as it's the perfect everyday lip colour. To use you simply squeeze the tube and the liquid cream comes out onto the sponge applicator to which then you can go ahead and apply straight on your lips. It feels like a gloss almost but really creamy and thick then sets on your lips just like a normal lipstick does. There are some beautiful bright shades in the range that I have my eye on for the summer. I love these lipsticks as are great quality, really moisturising and just a bit different!

The Balm Mary-Lou Manizer Highlighter
4. THE BALM Mary-Lou Manizer (here)
Once again I am screaming 'how did I ever live without this product?!' Another cult product that has been blogged about to death but being a lover of a good highlighter I had to see what all the fuss was about as I don't usually go for 'gimmicky make-up' but I love the name of this one and I really love this product a lot. Its a buttery soft, champagne toned powder highlighter that can also be used as a shimmer and an eyeshadow which catches the light to make your skin look glowing and radiant. It can be built up to really get that famous Kardashian glow or kept more subtle. I have been wearing it in a few of my Instagram's lately and just love the overall look that this gives my skin. Definitely worth buying if you are in the market for a new highlighter as this one is b-eautiful.

Oskia Renaissance Mask
5. OSKIA Renaissance Face Mask (here)
This was a sample that I received with an order from Cult Beauty as I had been wanting to try this face mask for ages as it sounded like my kind of mask. I am already looking to buy the full size of this once it runs out as it is just beautiful and so luxurious. I like simple face masks that you can just throw on at anytime, not have to do much and see instant results  - this is one of those masks. The pink balm turns white on your skin once rubbed in and then its natural fruit acids help to exfoliate, brighten, resurface, decongest and reduce the appearance of lines & wrinkles to leave your skin soft and glowing. Yes its all singing, all dancing but most importantly gives you visible results! I can honestly say my skin looked and felt incredible after just one single use of this and it has most definitely lived up to its claims. The best thing of all is that it smells just like turkish delight with its gorgeous rose scent - its soooo good. This has to be one of my favourite face masks ever, alongside my GlamGlow and yes it is slightly pricey but totally worth the investment to benefit from all of these results.

So there you have it, some real show stoppers that are all stars in my eyes and highly recommend them all if you are thinking of trying any out!
