If you are a regular reader of my blog then you shall know that I have been away due to the fact that I recently got married (and had the most amazing time of my life) and during that time I have been using a lot of beauty products to get me feeling and looking fabulous, so I thought what better way to kickstart my 'new look beauty blog' than to tell you about them! I shall write a more detailed blog post all about my wedding day make-up and products used on the day.

All these products mentioned have been reached for by me daily and some have even been replenished a few times which is always a good sign of a worthy beauty investment. So lets get started ....

Cocoa Brown Tan Dark

Cocoa Brown 1 Hour Tan 'New Dark Shade' here
You may already know how much of a fan I am of this Self-Tan as I recently posted about this here but I have an even bigger love for it now after discovering the new DARK version. Its the perfect golden shade which makes you look like you have had two weeks in the Seychelles with no tell tale smell that its not real! This was my chosen wedding day self-tan mainly due to the fact that it looks so natural with no smell and doesn't transfer, won hands down for me and this was indeed packed in my honeymoon case. If you see below it even made it into the background of my official wedding photographs!

Vaseline Cocoa Spray
Vaseline Spray & Go Cocoa Body Moisturiser here
A total fool proof way to moisturise your skin - just spray and go, its literally that easy. This is  my personal favourite scent out of the three that they do as it not only smells deliciously of cocoa butter but it gives a lovely radiant glow to the skin. I have gone through a few bottles already and even bought back ups as its a great way to make sure you hydrate your body daily and keep the skin smooth and glowing. Great if you are lazy when it comes to moisturising as it takes seconds to do.

Rapidlash Eyelash serum

RapidLash Eyelash Enhancing Serum here
This is by far the best eyelash growth serum for me as it works wonders on my lashes and makes them so much more thicker and longer in a matter of weeks and is very noticeable.  I started to use this a month before my wedding to get them into tip top condition and also to feel totally comfortable not wearing any lashes during my honeymoon and just rock the natural look but still feel glamorous at the same time as I was looking to fully relax on this trip, which was achieved!

Glamglow Mask
GlamGlow Exfoliating Mud Mask here
I had read about this in many beauty columns but hadn't got round to trying it until my mother-in-law being the beauty fanatic that I have turned her into gave me hers to try as I wanted a new face mask and well....this one wowed me instantaneously!!
Its very unique and promises to deliver 'super sexy skin' in just 10 minutes by deep cleansing and exfoliating to get rid of all dead skin and I can say it worked for me - my skin was radiant, clear & glowing! So much so that on my honeymoon I actually went out and purchased this from the local Sephora so both me and my new husband could use it again and have a little 'his n hers' pamper session and even he was impressed! Its one of the best face masks I have ever purchased and although a little pricey, its totally worth it for the results that you get. I shall do a full review about it as this deserves talking about in more detail.

Urban decay flushed palette
Urban Decay Flushed Palette here
I have mentioned this palette a few times in posts previously but I have included this again as it is 100% my every day go to bronzer/highlight/blush as not only is it a great product and shade its great to travel about with and keep in your handbag as its so compact and also comes with a good mirror and we all like beauty made simple. I wore this on my wedding day as it really is the perfect shade on my skin tone hence why I have stuck with this for so long now. My only dislike about this is that it can crumble if dropped or knocked so easily and I have had to get replacements a few times now but hopefully Urban Decay have sorted this issue, so just take care with it because its totally a worthwhile beauty investment.

Nuxe Reve de Miel Lip balm
Nuxe Rêve de Miel Lip Balm here
This honey scented lip balm is the cure for everyone's lips whether they be dry, chapped, sensitive or you just want to keep them hydrated. I have fell in love with this all over again as I used it a few years ago then kind of forgot about it but I picked up a new one a few months back in the local pharmacy and have used it every day since. The good thing about this is that its actually matte and not glossy so its a perfect base before lipstick to stop your lipstick looking patchy or dry. This kept my lips looking kissable for my groom Ha! This is a permanent feature on my bed side table and applied night/day without fail.

La Prairie skin caviar luxe cream
La Prairie Skin Caviar Luxe Cream  here here
After having worked for La Prairie for 6 years many years ago, my love of their skincare still continues to this day as the products in my eyes are worth every penny as they really are that good and the results you can achieve from them is very impressive. This is a very luxurious moisturiser and designed for more mature skins to lift and firm but I love the way this cream makes my skin look and feel and for a special occasion, like a wedding day, this was an ideal time to use it again and my skin was most definitely looking smooth, radiant and plump with this added into my routine again. If you want to splurge on a luxury moisturiser then make it this one.

La Roche Posay Hydraphase Riche
La Roche-Posay Hydraphase Intense Riche here
From expensive luxury to affordable luxury, this La Roche-Posay cream was an impulse buy  from the local pharmacy that has turned out to be a fantastic find and one that I am now addicted too. I have normal/combination skin that gets very dehydrated but I purchased the rich version of this as I knew I would need something heavy for the climate that I was heading into, so thought I would use this as my night cream for some full-on hydration. The texture of this cream is really lovely and really not heavy so I have actually been using in the daytime too and it makes a really good make up base before foundation.  My skin looks so hydrated and radiant and I find the combination of using this and the La Prairie Caviar Cream works so well together and has been my winning formula to great skin the past few months!

Tanya Burr Afternoon Tea Lipgloss
Tanya Burr Lipgloss in Afternoon Tea here
Beauty blogger/YouTube Guru, Tanya Burr, launched her own lip and nail collection recently this year and I thought I would order a few online to try and I was pleasantly surprised as they were not at all what I expected. The glosses are more of a thick, creamy lipstick than a sticky gloss and give a real high shine finish with very intense colour and they happen to taste just like sweets (yummy). I have been wearing the shade Afternoon Tea near enough every day alone or over a coral lipstick as its the perfect nude pink without being too bright, too dull or too blue. This has been so easy to keep in my bag and just top up as needed throughout the day and night - I shall definitely be investing in a few more shades.

Sephora eyeliner pencil no 7
Sephora Long Wear Kohl Eyeliner, 07 Infinite Beige here
Over the last few months I have been wearing more of a natural eye look with my own eyelashes curled, some black liner on the top lash line flicked out with a natural beige kohl pencil on the inner waterline to open the eye and look more fresh faced (see below). I have been loving this look as its so quick and easy to do and looks effortless but still glamorous at the same time. I prefer a beige kohl as opposed to a very white pencil as white can look very harsh and the beige just emphasise's your eyes making them look bigger and brighter. This is the perfect shade for most eyes, as well as being very long wearing and soft so it glides perfectly onto the water line without hurting as some hard pencils can - I absolutely love it.
Little tip - another use for this pencil is on the brow bone as a matte highlighter and line under your brows to make  the shape of your brows look more defined!

Wearing: Sephora infinite beige kohl eyeliner on inner waterline,
Tanya Burr Afternoon Tea Lipgloss, Urban Decay Flushed Palette.

All the products I have mentioned really have helped me to feel my absolute best without any hard work being involved as it really can get stressful planning any major event so time out on yourself is needed, remember that!
